Do I need to connect my wallet?
No. Copy the payment address and paste it into your TRON wallet. Send the exact TRX amount for your chosen package. Never share your private key or recovery phrase.
Which wallet receives the Energy?
The wallet that sends the TRX payment. Pay directly from the self-custody wallet you will use to send USDT. Do not pay through an exchange withdrawal: the on-chain sender may belong to the exchange.
Does this make every transfer free?
No. You pay the Energy rental price. A TRC20 transfer needs both Energy and Bandwidth. If either is insufficient, the network can still burn TRX. Actual requirements vary; these packages do not guarantee a fixed number of free transfers.
Can I send USDT instead of TRX?
No. These packages use native TRX payments on TRON mainnet only. Do not send USDT, other tokens, or assets on another network to this address. Check the address and exact amount before confirming.
What if my Energy hasn’t arrived?
Keep your payment transaction hash (TXID), check the payment on TRONSCAN and check your wallet’s Energy. Contact support with the TXID if needed. Do not repeatedly pay to try to fix a pending delivery.
Energy rental is a paid service, not a guarantee of zero network fees. Prices, available Energy and the rental period must match the operator’s live service.
